.Welcome to my country INDIA,we also call it as a republic of India ,in Urdu we call it as Hindustan but it is no less than a joke,  "HINDUSTAN" which means a place of Hindu',where blood of a Hindu has no value.Blood of Hindu is cheaper than a bottle of mineral water we get in no more than 20 rupess.Every Foreign and Indian  liberal,leftist  and communist who blindly wants to prove that Hindus living in India are no less than a devil and the Muslim in India are being tortured by these Hindus and he is scared.

This is the story of a Hindu family living in village-Beladi,District-Gopalganj, State -Bihar,Country-INDIA.In this village Hindu and Muslim are very much equal in population.

 Rajesh Jaiswal who owns a small shop in village,lives with his wife and two children and is some how able to take care of his family and  kids education.Rohit Jaiswal who is elder son,around 15 years and has a younger sister,Rohit Jiaswal is in adolescent age and being an adolescent he has all sort of friends Hindu and Muslim.It was evening of 28 march 2020,his four Muslim friend came to his home  and he went to play with them which was usual as he always used to go and play with his friends in the evening.With the Sun set and the darkness covering the whole area,Rajesh jaiswal closes his shop and arrives home,it was dinner time and Rohit was not in home , which was unusal as this had never happened before.Worried and scared Rohit's parents starts searching for him and they first went to those four friends with whoim rohit had gone to play,when Rohit's parent asked the four of them,all four replied the same that Rohit had left and if he has not reached yet,then they don't know anything about him.After this Rajesh Jaiswal and his wife went to Rohit's other friends in order to search for  Rohit.They didn't find anything about Rohit but the thing which they heard from them was that- those four muslim friend of Rohit were planning for a sacrifice of a Hindu so that the Mosque in the village will become more powerful.This stunned rajesh jaiswal and his wife,rajesh jaiswal with his neighbours and relatives starts searching rohit everywhere in and out the village.They search for the whole night,the day shifts from 28 march to 29 march but with a morning that no parent in the world would wish for,body of rohit is floating in the river nearby the village,throat stabbed unlimited times,blood still coming out of nose.

After a while police arrives and took body of Rohit with him and Rajesh follows police with some of his neighbours and relatives to Katiya police station and informs the police about the complete scenario.

Rajesh tells the police about the four muslim and urges police to lodge a F.I.R against them and their family.Katiya police instead of lodging F.I.R (first information report) beats that father(Rohit's father Rajesh) who has just lost his only son,police not only beats Rajesh but also Rajesh's relative and neighbour who went to police station with Rajesh.

                                                                                      Rajesh was a man of strong moral values he came back to home from police station but still he wants justice and he tries to bring the news of his son to media even in a small newspaper but he was a Hindu not only Hindu but a poor Hindu,there was no glamour,X factor,our media publishes news on Taimur Ali Khan ,the underwear he is wearing,the no of times he shits and the no of times his mom Kareena Kapoor licks his shit.Indian media has no time for poor guy Rohit and his family.This also was not able to break the courage lied within Rajesh and his wife,they kept on visitng the police station.Katiya policemen used to abuse and beat rajesh and his wife everyday hoping that someday they will we able to stop rajesh and his wife.

                                                                                     It's one month now and still the police has not lodged an F.I.R against the four muslim boys,the muslim living in the village specially the parent's of four kids responsible for Rohit's murder starts giving life threats to Rajesh and his family.After one month of struggle this news got some space in the middle pages in the corner of the News Paper(Dainik Jagran and Dainik Bhaskar) in a small column.Once the news is published in the newspaper,it pressurises the Katiya Police station to lodge a F.I.R. F.I.R is lodged against 6 men out of which four are arrested instantly but NIZAM ANSARI and  WASIR ANSARI are absconding.21 April Nizam comes home to take some money and got arrested by police there but Wasir ansari is still missing.After arrest,highlighting the news the Muslim in the village keeps on harassing the family and make it next to impossible for Rajesh's family to step out of the house,they are not letting Rajesh open his shop,even the small sister of Rohit is not spare of the threats the family is receiving,muslims in the village are threatening his little sister.

                                                                                                                                                             In this situation Rajesh's wife did the same as a decent and respectful person will do,she went to complain in the Katiya police station.She request S.H.O of Katiya police station that they are receiving life threats and wants protection.Instead of helping Rohit's mother he (S.H.O -ASHWINI KUMAR TIWARI) misbehaves and abuses Rajesh's wife who has recently lost his only son.

S.H.O advices Rajesh and his wife if u care for your life then leave the village or arrange for your protection by yourself.Situation had gone that worse that even his little sister requests for help and justice. Let's have a look at what her sister said:

Good News for Hindu....................wait...................... are you thinking Rajesh and his family got justice.I am sorry sir Rajesh and his family left the village and are living in UP in some unknown place .I can't figure out where are  you Nitish kumar,Narendra Modi,Amit Shah and if about media then Indian media is much worse than a whore.I respect them as being C.M of Bihar,P.M of India but i can't ignore this also,i know Indian is going through a virus crises and i also known that someday it will be gone but what i want to know how India is preparing for this type of virus,virus of biased secular,virus of fake liberals,virus of fake secularism,virus of fake brotherhood.

This is not the first time that a hindu has been murdered brutually and the only thing responsible for murder is one sided brotherhood with an extremist community who can't be trust.

Also i am fed up of requesting the govt to take action against every virus,it's my order as a citizen of india beacuse of whom you exist to give this case to CBI and should punsih the murderers,Katiya police S.H.O,Muslim people who threaten rajesh's family.

It's the ending of fake brotherhood, its the ending of secularism and if the govt. will not take action then it will be the end of trust on constitution.

Things you should not do during CORONA VIRUS outbreak.

The corona virus pandemic has taken everybody by alarm.Internet has abundance of information about the virus and it's spreadings,many of those information can be wrong,causing panic among people.In this situation we should be aware of the basic precautions to be taken to save yourself from being infected.Here s a list of 9 things you should avoid and prevent this disease from escalating further;

1. Do not touch your face.                                                               
   
   Medical advisories from the World Health Organisationhas reminded us time and again not to touch our face,nose and mouth too often.This  helps reduce the chances of catching the virus as infection from your hands do not reach the nose or mouth which can infect your body.Keeping your hands clean will also reduce the chances of the infection spreading any further.
2. Do not stockpile on masks.                                                         
   
   It has been declared by the WHO,masks are not the most effective way of stopping the disease.They should only be worn by people who have been affected by covid 19,people who are taking care of patients.Wearing masks if you are healhthy does not give you extra protection.With everyone stocking on mask,the market is facing a major crunch which means there are a lesser number of masks available for people who really need them.It is advisable to stop using and piling of masks if you are not sick.
3. Do not travel unless necessary.                                                     
   
   The airports and airplanes are where you are most likely to catch an infection.It is advisable not to travel unless absolutely necessary.If you are travelling,you should take the required precautions and get yourself screened on landing.It is important you inform the airport and airline staff of you begin to feel sick while travelling.
4. Do not go to crowded places.                                                     
   
    Public transport,Metros ,gyms or any other crowded places should be avoided.The more the number of people,the more likely the spread of the virus.If you have symptoms,self-quarantine yourself other than to visit the doctor.Staying isolated and not coming in contact with lot of people is the only way to contain the spread of disease.
5. Do not believe every thing on the internet.                                   
   
   The internet has abundance of information about the symptoms and cure available for corona virus.Do not believe anything unless it comes from a reliable source or a reliable medical practitioner.Spreading false information and promises about the cure for the disease has added to the panic and kept a large percentage of the population misinformed.
6. Do not seek alternative treatments.                                               
   
   If you feel you have contracted the virus,do not seek any treatments other than the ones advised by your doctor.Alternative treatments have not been found to be effective to treat the virus.If you are infected and do not seek correct medical attention you pose as a threat to all the people around you.It is important for containing the spread of disease that everyone consult a reliable medical practitioner on the treatments available.
7. Do not take antibiotics.                                                             
   
     It can be easy to resort to taking the antibiotics lying in the medical kit at your home.However,antibiotics are not the correct  medication to fight of infections caused by coronavirus.If you feel you are sick and need medical attention,only resort to to reliable medical practitioner who will give you sound advice.Visit the doctor immediately if you start to feel symptoms that may indicate that you have the infection.

=India is a country that has a provision for personal laws for all religious communitie.Hence the personal law for Muslim in India is run by ALL INDIA MUSLIM PERSONAL LAW BOARD.

• BMMA ,Bhartiya Muslim Mahila Andolan,according to the findings of BMMA more than 90%of 4,710 women interviewed wanted to ban unilateral divorce.

=Artcle 25 of the constitution grants the rights of religion as a fundamental right
Islamic divorce practise is fundamental to religion and whether it is a fundamental right to muslim women or not has to be examined by a five judge bench of supreme court.

• Court- Indian Supreme court blocked the use of Muslim divorce law until the govt forms new legilsation.

The Muslim women (protection of rights on marriage )act,2019 passesd on 26 july 2019 after a very long discussion and opposition finally got the verdict all women.It made triple talaq illegal in India on 1 august 2019,repalcing the triple talaq ordinance promulgated in feb 2019.It stipulates that instant triple talaq in any form -spoken,written,or by any electronic means is illegal and void,with upto three years in jail for the husband.Under the law,an aggrieved woman is entitled to demand maintenance for her dependent children.

*Nepal had five constiutions in 1948,51,59,62 and 90 but all of these were granted by the king of nepal.
*The 1990 constitution introduced a multi-part competition,though the king continued to hold the final power in many aspects.
*The main issue was the role of monarchy in the constitution of Nepal,some wanted to abolish monarchy and itroduced a republican form of govt. whileothers wanted to limit the monarchy with reduced role of king.
*The king himself was not ready to give up powers.He took overall power in October 2002.
*The communist party of Nepal(maoist) was in the forefront of the struggle for a popularly elected constituent assembly.Finally under the pressure of powerful agetation the king had to install a govt acceptable to agitating parties.This government has stripped the king of almost all his power,now all the parties are trying to decide the manner in which a constituent assembly will be formed.

A CONSTITUTION CAN BE EFFECTIVE IF:
1.If it was drawn up by the people who enjoyed immense public credibility and who had the capacity to negotiate the command and self respect of a wide cross section of society and who were able to convince people the constitution was not an aggrandisement of their personal power.
2.Any group feels their identity being stiffled he she will have no reason to abide by the constitution.
3.No single group can subvert the constitution,one way of such intelligent designing of constitution is to ensure thst no single institution acquires monopoly of power.The indian constitution for example horizontally fragments power across different institution like the legislature,executive and judiciary.Sometimes even independent statutory bodies like election commission.
4.Strike the right balance between certain values norms and procedure as authoritative and at the same time allow enough flexibility to adapt to cganging needs and circumstances.Too rigid a constitution is likely to break under the weight of change,too flexible will give no security or identity to people.
              =effectiveness of a constitution is the balance arrangement of the institutions of a govt,this led to the adoption of the parliamentary form and the federal arrangement which would distribute govt, powers between legislative and executive on one hand and between the state and central govt on other hand
THE INDIAN CONSTITUTION IS DESCRIBED AS A LIVING DOCUMENT BY STRIKING A  BALANCE BETWEEN THE POSSIBILITY TO CHANGE PROVISIONS AND THE LIMITS ON SUCH CHANGES,THE CONSTITUTION HAS ENSURED THAT IT WILL SURVIVE AS A DOCUMENT RESPECTED BY THE PEOPLE.

IMPORTANCE OF CONSTITUTION

DEFINITION:
=A constitution is an aggregate of fundamental principles or established precedents that constitute the legal basis of polity,organisation and commonly determined how that identity is to be governed.
=constitution are different in the way they embody concepts of national identity.

=Most successfull constitution like India,South africa,U.S are constitution which were created in the aftermath of popular national movements.
Base of a constitution:
1.Provide a set of basic rules that allow for minimal coordination amongst member of a society.
2.aA body of fundamental principle according to which a state is constituted or governed.
3.To specify who has the power to make decision in a society,it decides how the govt. will be constituted.
4.To set some limits on what govt. can impose on its citizens.These limits are fundamental in the sense that govt.may never tress pass them.
5.To enable the govt. to fullfill aspirations of a society and create conditions for a just society i.e lead a life of minimal dignity and social sekf respect.
6.Constitution gives us political and moral identity.

PANDAVS WON BUT THEN ALSO KALYUG HAPPENED...

It is a law of nature. As per Hindu Mythology, Each cycle of breath of Lord Brahma (one inhalation and one exhalation) is a life cycle. During this cycle, the living beings should follow 4 yugas, namely

1. Satya Yuga (In short, a Yuga of 100% Truth)
2. Treta Yuga (A yuga with 75% truth and 25% evil)
3. Dwapara Yuga (A yuga with 50% truth and 50% evil)
4. Kali Yuga (A yuga with 25% truth and 75% evil)

At the end of Kali Yuga, it will be 100% evil and that is when Kali Yuga will perish. After this, Satya yuga will begin again and this cycle continues perpetually.

Dharma was won in Mahabharat to eradicate the evils prevailing in the society. Had it not been won, the world would be enveloped into a darker evil even more quickly. and people will suffer even more. So, Dharma was actually

won rather to soften the blow of the injustice that is about to take form in Kali Yuga.

Regardless of Dharma being won, Injustice will take it's place in Kali Yuga. Ramayana took place in Treta Yuga to give moral guidance of what kind of things might happen to the people in Dwapara Yuga so that they can guard themselves. Mahabharata took place in Dwapara Yuga to serve the same purpose for the people in Kali Yuga.

In-short Dharma was won to create a ray of hope that will impend the over-ruling darkness and suppress it in kali yuga.By this logic,when the last traces of godness is lost,kali yuga will become 100% evil.

INSPIRATIONAL STORY

                                 KING WITH FOUR WIVES
Once upon a time there was a king with four wives.One day the king got sick and was on his death bed,afraid of being in the afterlife alone,he asked his fourth wife,which he loved the most and bought her diamonds,golds and elegant clothing.He asked her would you die with me and go with me to the afterlife?fourth wife replied ;i am sorry i can't do that and walked away.
                                                           He also loved his third wife and was very proud and would always show her off to the neighbouring kingdom,so he called on his third wife and asked,would you accompany ,me to the afterlife?She replied;I love my life too much and i am sorry i can't go with you and when you die i am going to remarry.
                                        His second wife has always been there for him, in his times of need,so he asked would you accompany me to the afterlife?She replied; i am sorry that i can't help you out this time but what i can do is arrange your funreal and i would be there for your funreal.
                          A voice called out and said i will leave with you and follow you wherever you go even if it is the afterlife.The king looked and it was his first wife but this was the wife that he took care the least,he felt embarassed and said i am sorry i have should taken more care of you and given you more attention when i was alive.
The moral of this story is that we all have four wives:
* 4th Wife is our body, we like to decorate it with nice jewelleries,clothes but in the end it can't follow us to the afterlife.
*3rd Wife represents our possessions,we spend so much time to gather possessions but in the end they cannot follow us to the afterlife,it will be given to other people and divided.
*2nd Wife our friends and family,we trust them ,they are always there for us in times of need but the furthest they can go with us is to our funreal and send us off.
*1st Wife represents our soul ,we usually neglect taking care of our soul,that is the thing that will follow us to the afterlife.
we care for our body,keep it healthy,enjoy your possessions and the comfort they provide,cherish your friends and families for the love that they provide but don't forget to take care of your soul,nourish your soul,take time to be alone,take time to pray,take time to medidate because it is  your most faithfull friend.

KHATU SHYAM STORY

A Man's greatest weakness is his secrets,your secrets are the only thing responsible which will lead to your destruction.If you want to remain strong,powerful then don't share your secrets to anyone,neither your friend nor your enemy.Neiher the friend is defined nor the enemy,it's the time factor which will decide everyone's role in your life.
                                         (  Without wasting reader's time i will bring them straight to the topic,in which i will tell you who is kHATU SHYAM and how  hindus satrted worshipping him.)

 

This sotry has it's roots in Mahabharat,an epic describing fight or the greatsest war in the history of mankind.In mahabharat the war was between PANDAVAS(five brothers) and  KAURAWAS(100 brothers).
Out of the five brothers,one of them was BHEEM who married to HIDIMBA and they had a son named GHATOKACH who was the father of BARBARIK   i.e bheem was the grand father of barbarik.
When it was the time of war barbarik also came to participate but lord krishna who was on pandava's side was worried with barbarik's presence.The reason why krishna was worried that Barbarik had theree arrows with special power which were a gift from his ARADHYA DEVI and those arrows were that special that no one in this world can stop them from hitting their aim,those three arrows had differnt jobs.
1st Arrow= It will mark all his freind and his supporters.
2nd Arrow= It will mark all those who are not participating in the war or are neutralised.
3rd Arrow= It will kill all the unmarked in a blink.
Barbarik's capability was favourable for the pandavas but the problem occured when BARBARIK GAVE HIS WORDS TO HIS MOM THAT HE WILL FIGHT FROM THE WEAKEST SIDE,HE SAID SO BECAUSE HIS MOM WAS AFRAID THAT PANDAVAS LACK OF SOLDIERS COMPARED TO KAURAVAS WILL KILL HER SON.This was the reason why krihna was worried and due to this the war will have no result,it will be a tie and the dream krishna is dreaming of,victory of good over evil will not be cherished,because due to barbarik's promise to his mom he will have to keep changing the side from which he is fighting ,as when he will fight from kaurava's side pandav will become weaker and when he will fight from pandava's side the kaurava's will become weaker.
To resolve this thing Krishna told Barbarik that he has to die,this is the only way possible to establish dharm(truth) on the earth.Barbarik agreed on this and Krishna killed Barbarik by splitting barbarik's  throat and body with his sudarshan chakra in two pieces ,but barbarik made a wish that he wants to see the war and see the result of war with his own eyes.Krishna fullfilled this wish and made alive his face and kept it on the peak of a mountain from here he can see the whole war field.
Barbarik's this sacrifice impressed krishna and krishna gifted him as:
= He will be the only witness who will tell the world that there was no use of adharm in war i.e the war was fair.
=He will be immortal.
= HE WILL BE WORSHIPPED AS KHATU SHYAM IN KALYUG AND WILL ALWAYS HELP THE PERSON FACING BAD TIME.BARBARIK AS KHATU SHYAM WILL BE WORSHIPPED AS A REFLECTION OF LORD KRISHNA IN KALYUG.

HOLY CITIES OF HINDUISM.

The hindu religion recognizes seven Holy cities commonly known as the sapta puri.The cities are Ayodhya,Mathura,Haridwar,Varanasi.Kanchipuram,Dvaraka and Ujjain.
1.AYODHYA

This wholy city is situated in uttar pradesh,Hindus believe that ayodhya is the birth place of ramachandra the 7th avatar of god vishnu who is regarded as a supreme being in hinduism.It is believed that the city was built by god himself.
2.MATHURA 

Mathura is also situated in uttar pradesh,it is nicknamed krishnanagri because it is the birth place of lord krishna.Mathuras significance is accelerated by the fact that it was the headquarter of the surasena kingdom which was governed by krishna maternal uncle,later who was killed by krishna as a remark of good always won over evil.
3.HARIDWAR

Haridwar has been a venue for pilgrims since ancient times.Hinduism teaches that haridwar was one of the four places where drops of immorality fell and spilled over as they were being carried by a bird known as garuda ,therefore it is famous for kumbh mela celebration that is held every 12 years.
4.VARANASI
Varanasi is a major religious city located in uttar pradesh.The importance of this city as religious centre occured in the 8th century when worship of shiva was established by adi shankara.
5.DWARAKA
Dwaraka was given its name by krishna who is a major diety in hinduism.
6.KANCHIPURAM

Kanchipuram is found in tamil nadu state in tondaimandalam regionof india along the banks of vegavathy river.The city is home to one of the oldest temple kailasanathar constructed in the year 685.Kanchipuram has a total of fourteen holy temples of hindu god vishnu.
7.UJJAIN
Ujjain is located in madhya pradesh state.The city is a hindu pilgrimage site and is one of the sites in india where kumbh mela is hosted.

Only christianity and islam have more followers than hinduism,which makes it the third largest religion in the world.
4.Hindu beleifs says that god can take many forms.
There is only one eternal energy,but,it can take many form as gods and goddessess.It is also beilieved that a part of the brahmand lives in every single being in the universe.
5.Sanskrit is the most commonly language used in the hindu texts.
Sanskrit is the ancient language of which most of the sacred texts is written and in the languages history goes back to at least 3500 years in time.
6.Hinduism believes in a circular concept of time.
The western world follows a linear concept of time,but hindus rather believe that time is a manifestation of god and that is never ending.
7.There is no single founder for hinduism.
Most religious and belief systems in the world have a founder,such as Jesus for Christianity,Muhammad for Islam,Budhha for Budhhism and so on.
There is no exact date when it is originated.This is because it grew out of cultural and religious changes in india.
8.The real name is sanatana dharma.
The original name for hinduism in sanskrit is sanatana dharma.thw word Hindu was used by greek people to describe the people living around the indus river.
9.Hinduism encourages a vegeterian diet.
Ahimsa is a moral principle which can be found in hindu faith as well as budhhism and jainism It is a sanskrit word which means not to injure and compassion.that is why many hindus eat a vegeterian diet because if you eat meat on purpose it is believed that you cause harm to the animals.
10.Hindus believes in karma
A person who does good in life is believed to recieve good karma'

It is the most sacred syallable,symble or mantra in hinduism.it is often chanted before a mantra or independently.

STAGES IN HUMAN LIFE

According to hinduism, there are four stages(ashrama) in human life that most people will go through in life.Each stage,except for the second one,lasts approximately 20 years although that is not a set rule.The ashramas system is one facet of the dharma concept in hinduism.It is a mere guideline for hindus and is not compulsory to follow,even for the priest.
